At Kohlerman Pharmacy our mission is to deliver the highest
quality pharmaceutical care possible on a personal and individualized
basis. Some of our most popular service offerings are prescription
delivery, online prescription refills, patient care counseling,
prescription compounding, health education and counseling,
and vaccinations.
Prescription Delivery
 We
understand that it is not always easy for some of our customers
to travel to our store, but they still need the vital medications
that maintain their health. Let us bring your prescriptions
to you so you don’t have to venture out in the extremes
of weather or risk your personal safety. Kohlerman Pharmacy
offers prescription delivery service to residents within
a five-mile radius of our store, including Charlestown,
Frazer, West Goshen, Berwyn and Chesterbrook.
In addition to residential deliveries,
we
make regular deliveries to:
- Bellingham Retirement Community in
West Chester, PA
- Sunrise Senior Living in Paoli, PA
- Wellington Terrace in West Chester,
PA, and
- White Horse Village in Newtown Square,
PA
Delivery requests received by noon will
go out before 5 pm the same day. To arrange for delivery
of your prescriptions, please call our pharmacy at 610-647-2266.
There is a $2.00 fee per delivery.
When you call, please confirm the following
to ensure same-day delivery:
- Delivery address
- The prescription has refills
- It is not too soon for prescription
to be filled
- Prescription has not become too old
to fill

For your convenience we offer online prescription refills.
You can use the online refill form
to order refills on your existing prescription. It is fast,
easy and secure.

Prescription Compounding
Kohlerman Pharmacy is known for compounding prescriptions,
where pharmacists tailor medications to fit the needs of
the patient. Preparation of these specialized products is
not available in most pharmacies. One of the primary reasons
why pharmacists compound prescription medications is that
the medication is not commercially available in the required
dosage form. Many patients are allergic to preservatives
or dyes, or are sensitive to standard drug strengths.
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR PARENTS: We compound Tamiflu liquid for
children and we offer this service while you wait.

Health Education
and Counseling
Our services include medication assessments that may prevent
adverse drug interactions or effects. In addition to providing
advice and information about the best way to take your medications,
our pharmacists will help you with your health concerns,
including help with conditions such as diabetes and asthma.
The pharmacists at Kohlerman Pharmacy can provide you with
up-to-date advice on staying well and preventing diseases.
This may not only involve medications, but can include changes
to diet and lifestyle.

Vaccinations
Vaccinations available at Kohlerman Pharmacy include: Flu,
Pneumonia, Shingles, Hepatitis A and B, and Tetanus vaccinations.
Vaccinations offered are exclusively for adults. A licensed
pharmacist at our Malvern drug store administers vaccines.
