What are the store
hours?
We are open seven days a week with the following store hours:
Monday through Friday, 9 am – 8 pm
Saturday, 9 am – 5 pm
Sunday, 9 am – 4 pm
Do you have an emergency
number I can call during non-store hours?
Yes, the emergency contact number is 610-996-4634.
I noticed you offer
prescription delivery. When do you deliver?
Delivery requests received by noon will go out before 5
pm the same day.
Where do you deliver
for free prescription delivery?
We delivery within a five-mile
radius of our store, including Charlestown, Frazer,
West Goshen, Berwyn, and Chesterbrook.
How do I request
a delivery and is there a fee?
To request a delivery, please call our pharmacy at 610-647-2266.
There is a $2.00 fee per delivery
Do you offer compounding
services?
Yes, Kohlerman Pharmacy offers compounding services.
What is compounding?
Compounding is where pharmacists tailor medications to fit
the needs of the patient. Preparation of these specialized
products is not available in most pharmacies. One of the
primary reasons why pharmacists compound prescription medications
is that the medication is not commercially available in
the required dosage form. Many patients are allergic to
preservatives or dyes, or are sensitive to standard drug
strengths.
What forms of payment
does Kohlerman Pharmacy accept?
Kohlerman Pharmacy accepts major credit cards – Visa,
MasterCard, Discovery and American Express, in addition
to personal checks and cash.
How long do online
refill requests take?
Online refill requests are generally filled within one hour
after online submission is received. If we need to contact
your doctor it may take longer.
Do you accept all
prescription plans?
Most prescription plans are accepted at Kohlerman Pharmacy
and we offer competitive cash pricing. Prescription plans
we accept include (but are not limited to) AETNA, Blue Cross/Blue
Shield, Caremark, Medicare, and United Healthcare. Not sure
whether we accept your coverage? Just come in or call us.
Do you rent health
care equipment?
Health care equipment such as walkers and wheel chairs are
available for rent and can also be purchased.
What type of medical
supplies does Kohlerman Pharmacy carry?
We carry a full range of medical supplies, from items such
as bandages and tapes to glucose monitor strips and lancets.
Are special orders
accepted for hard-to-find items?
Yes. Orders are typically received in store the next day,
except on Saturday and Sunday.
Do you fill prescriptions
with name brand or generic drugs?
We fill prescriptions with the cost-saving generic drug
whenever possible unless your doctor specifically asks us
to fill it with the name brand.
